A fabulous weekend of Pilates and Yoga with Niedra Gabriel.

Currently teaching in Los Angeles, California, former master teacher for Yoga and Pilates at The Body Holiday / Le Sport St. Lucia, a teacher trainer affiliates programme with Power Pilates Inc., Niedra was certified at the New York Pilates Guild under Romana Krazanowska, and the London Centre for Body Contrology with Alan Herdman.
